The fan book
Zel also made a hilarious little story that simply must be published! So we thought "hey, let's make a doujinshi"! However, a doujinshi needs more than 8 pages of manga, and this is where you fit in! I want you to submit Saturday lovers related art, fiction, comics, essays or whatever you can think of, to have it published in this fanbook. Think of it as a doujinshi and use your imagination... I'll publish everything! ^_^

Fanfiction/Essays: Keep in mind that the book is rather small. The shorter the text the better. The font I'm considering to use is Georgia (10pt). Each page has 47 lines, and each line can fit in around 70-80 characters. An average page can hold around 1900 characters, or 400 words. I'll do the formatting and everything, just keep in mind that long stories will take up a lot of pages.
Art/Comics: You'd be surprised to know exactly how big the files need to be to print properly! O_O One page is 1530 pixels (or 111 mm) wide and 2604 pixels (189 mm) tall. Make sure the resolution is at least 350 dpi (dots per inch) or the picture will be grainy. The file should be uncompressed jpg. Sounds too complicated? You can just scan the pic and send it to me, and I'll fix the rest.
Everyone who submits art/comics/stories/anything to the fan book will receive a copy for free!
Deadline? There is no deadline yet! ^_^;; Once I get more stuff, I'll post a tentative deadline here. Maybe next Christmas.
Submissions so far: Werefox made Saturday lovers miniature plush figures for me! I've scanned them for the book. Zel-chan made a silly little frog story from a script I gave him, and another funny one. ^_^
