The Alternative part 41

"What the hell is wrong with you guys, why can't you just talk to each other like normal human beings!" Lucien yelled. That Naoki was sulking was only to be expected, but he had no idea Adrian could be so stubborn too. Alex only shrugged.

Adrian twitched, which really wasn't a good sign. Finally, after months of pent up frustration, the blond snapped. "Well dammit, it's not my fault this damn fic is written by a total sadist who likes to kick me around just about every time things are starting to look good! I would have talked to him in part 4, but noooooo, evil Sea just had to have 45843 parts of miserable angst before she's happy!"

Lucien scratched his head thoughtfully, eyeing the script in his hands. "That's true, although that's not what you were supposed to be saying. You were supposed to be angsting more, Adrian."

"Fuck the stupid script," Adrian growled and tore the white paper into pieces.

By this point, the fic writer had discovered that something was wrong. Desperately searching among her papers, she finally found the correct scene, and nodded to herself.

"Hey guys, don't panic, just back up a bit and do it again. No worries!" Sea chirped happily.

"I don't think so," Adrian smiled sweetly.

A bit too sweetly. Quite scarily, actually. At this point, Sea's brain was starting to overload because Adrian was really scary indeed and she had no idea if scarily was a word anyway. Since Word didn't mark it as wrong, though, she thought it would be better to concentrate on more important matters. Such as the fact that Adrian was actually growling.

"Kyah, you look scary when you do that," Sea complained, leaning back a bit as Adrian was towering over her.

     "Good."

"Wah! Wah!" Sea cried, before she thought of something. "Naoki, come help me!"

In a poof of blue smoke, Naoki suddenly appeared, looking slightly confused.

"What the... I was... Err. Why am I here?"

Adrian smiled triumphantly, holding a hand over Sea's mouth.

     "Mutiny?"

     "M-hm."

     "About bloody time."

Working together as a team, the four boys tied the poor fic writer up, only letting her have access to her precious computer. Sea was frantic. With four boys glaring over her shoulder, she realised that she'd never be able to send a help message. Instead, she began writing a fic. Chuckling to herself, Sea typed and typed, thinking she was very clever indeed.

As Sea had finished her ficlet, Naoki eyed the screen thoughtfully. "Should we really let her post this?"

Adrian laughed evilly. "Of course. I don't think that'll work, Sea. We're just fictional characters, aren't we? No one will come rescue you."

     "Wah!!"

"By the way, Naoki, there's something I've wanted to tell you from the first time we met."

     "Mm?"

Actually, Adrian decided, it was better to show than tell. Leaning up, he planted a sloppy kiss on Naoki's lips. "I love you!" Adrian smiled happily, hugging Naoki tight.

"Oh my!" Naoki blushed. Yes indeed, this was a more efficient way of doing things than Sea's script.

"Hey, hey! You're not supposed to do that until part 748927532 of act 432789!!! Stop it!" Sea was horrified at the proceedings right in front of her. They were ruining her fic!

But the star-crossed quite happy two boys were already gone in another poof of oh-so convenient blue smoke. Damn.

     Alex blinked. "That was interesting."

Lucien only grinned. "Heh. Wanna have sex?"

"Sure!" Alex replied. "I'll be on top."

     "Hah! In your dreams."

Wide eyed, Sea stared at the two boys, who was starting to remove their clothing at an alarming speed. Well, she didn't complain that much, because although they'd ruined her fic, she'd get to see yaoi sex right in front of her! Or so she thought, at least. Of course, another puff of blue smoke tricked her out of her fun. Alone in the room, Sea stared at the monitor, ever so slightly pissed off.

"Heeeelp! They're not doing what I want them to! Someone save me!" she typed.

Sea continued sulking as only silence answered her. Life wasn't fair.
